BMW Championship Highlights.

Conducted by the Western Golf Association to benefit the Evans Scholars Foundation, the BMW Championship is the third of four events in the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup and determines the final field of 30 for the TOUR Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.

Transportation & Parking



Getting to the BMW Championship.

Golf fans have several options for transportation to and from Crooked Stick Golf Club.  

Walking: If you will be traveling by foot to the BMW Championship, we ask that you enter through the Main Entrance, which is located at 10803 Thunderbird Drive, Carmel, IN. (Map)

Biking: Those riding their bike to the BMW Championship will have a dedicated parking area located at 2299 Augusta Lane, Carmel, IN.  From this bicycle parking area, spectators will walk to the main entrance. (Map)

Public Passenger Drop-Off/Pick-Up: As an alternative to parking your car and utilizing our complimentary shuttle from the public parking lot, spectators have the opportunity to be dropped off and walk to the BMW Championship. All drop-offs and pick-ups must take place at our designated drop-off/pick-up location at 10910 Greenbrier Road, Carmel, IN. From the drop-off location, spectators will walk less than half a mile to the BMW Championship's main entrance. (Map)

Hired Car Drop-Off/Pick-Up Hired vehicles, including Uber and taxi cab companies, dropping off spectators must do so at the designated drop-off/pick-up location at Towne Meadow Elementary School at 10850 Towne Road, Carmel, IN.  From the drop-off/pick-up location, spectators will walk less than half of a mile to the BMW Championship Main Entrance.(Map)

BMW Owner Parking: Upgraded, complimentary parking will be available to BMW Owners. All BMW Owners will need a parking pass to park in the BMW owners’ Parking Lot.  If you are planning to purchase tickets, please be sure to indicate that you are a BMW owner, supply your VIN during your order process and you will receive a complimentary parking pass with your ticket order.  If you already have tickets and still need a parking pass please click here to reserve your parking pass.  Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate those who do not drive their BMW to the tournament.

Public Parking:

Tuesday, September 6 – Friday, September 9: Complimentary public parking on weekdays will be located at 2300 W. 146th Street, Westfield, IN. A free shuttle will be provided to and from the BMW Championship entrance. (Map)

In the event of inclement weather, Tuesday through Friday, the public parking lot will be relocated to 2500 S. High School Road, Indianapolis, IN. (Map) Spectators will be notified in advance of this change.

Saturday, September 10 & Sunday, September 11: Complimentary public parking on the weekend will be located at 11815 N. Pennsylvania Street, Carmel, IN. A free shuttle will be provided to and from the BMW Championship entrance. (Map)

Crooked Stick Golf Club.

Crooked Stick Golf Club's layout provides a tremendous on-course experience for players and spectators alike. Spectators will enter the Championship right in the heart of the action adjacent to the 18th tee box. From there, access to some of the most coveted views in golf are only steps away. Whether you want to stroll out to the front nine and find a spot on the hillside to view the iconic 6th hole, or grab a spot along the lake on 18 green, there are countless opportunities to see the PGA TOUR’s top 70 players at Crooked Stick.

I have questions about tickets, where can I learn more?

Are tickets needed for children?
Juniors 16 and under receive complimentary grounds admission when accompanied by an adult. No ticket is needed for juniors who should proceed to the main gate for tournament entry. There is a limit of 4 juniors for each ticketed adult. Juniors must have their own hospitality ticket to gain access to a hospitality venue* where complimentary food and beverages are offered. Juniors may enter the Dye Club, Crooked Stick Member Pavilion or the BMW Owners' Pavilion without a ticket when accompanied by a properly ticketed adult.

*Includes 1899 Club, Champions Club and all corporate hospitality venues.

Are there Military Discounts?
Active Duty, Retirees, Active Reserve, and Veterans of any branch of service will receive complimentary admission each day of the tournament. Please see our Veterans Policy at the bottom of the tickets page for complete information.

Can I leave the tournament and then come back on the same day?
Re-entry is allowed only for those carrying Weekly Grounds Badges and Weekly Dye Club Badges. All other tickets (grounds & hospitality) will not allow re-entry.

Do you offer ticket refunds?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

What is the Dye Club?
The Dye Club is a hospitality pavilion located on the 15th hole. Upgraded food and beverages are available for purchase inside this area. The tent is climate controlled, and has open seating. Kids 16 and under do not need a ticket if accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be available at the Main Entrance when gates are open Tuesday, September 6 – Sunday, September 11. To ensure you get the best pricing available, we strongly encourage purchasing your tickets online before the Championship starts.

Do you accept international ticket orders?
Yes, please complete the international order form. Single day grounds tickets will be delivered electronically, upgraded tickets and weekly badges will be placed at Will Call.

Do BMW Owners have any added benefits at the Championship?
BMW Owners have several benefits both on and off site at the Championship. For full details, please visit the BMW Owner Information page.

Where will I be able to park for the Championship?
Please see our Transportation & Parking information, above, for details on parking.

When do shuttles run from the public parking lot?
Shuttles will begin operation when gates open. The last shuttle will leave the tournament 1 hour after play has completed. For a detailed schedule of events, please click here.

Are there any prohibited items I should not bring to the Championship?
Yes, the following items will not be allowed on property at the Championship:

  • Computers or laptops
  • Video cameras
  • Weapons of any nature
  • Outside food & beverage

What is your bag policy?

Are cameras permitted at the Championship?
Cameras will only be allowed during practice rounds, Tuesday & Wednesday of tournament week. They will not be permitted on tournament days Thursday-Sunday.

Are cell phones permitted at the Championship?
Yes. We do ask that all spectators follow the PGA TOUR’s Mobile Device Policy when on site.

Are wheelchairs allowed on-site at the Championship?
Wheelchairs and other motorized chairs are allowed on the tournament grounds should you like to bring them. Golf carts and other motorized vehicles will not be available to rent or use during the tournament week.

Are there handicap accessible viewing areas?
Wheelchair accessible viewing areas are located at a number of locations on course. Please see our course map for the most up to date information.

Are strollers allowed on-site?
Child strollers will be permitted entry at the Championship, but fans in attendance are encouraged to keep in mind that the terrain may not be stroller-friendly throughout.

What happens if there is inclement weather during play?
If inclement weather should occur, play may be suspended or cancelled. In the event that lightning is detected at a distance from the course that threatens the safety of the individuals at the event, play is immediately suspended and the course is evacuated for safety precautions. What is the best way to get a PGA TOUR player autograph?
Players are akin to signing autographs during their practice rounds. During their competitive rounds, however, players will not sign autographs until their round is completed. The best place on property to seek autographs is at the dedicated Autograph Area adjacent to the practice putting green.

What players will be competing at the BMW Championship?
The top 70 players in the FedExCup Standings following the Deutsche Bank Championship are eligible to play in BMW Championship.

Is there BMW Championship merchandise available?
Yes! At the Championship, spectators have access to a 9,000 square foot Merchandise Tent.

What forms of payment are accepted?
All concessions stands, the Merchandise Tent, and the Ticket Office accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. There will be an ATM located at the Merchandise Tent.

Is there Will Call at the tournament and what are its hours of operation?
Yes, Will Call is located at the Main Entrance.

Can I smoke at the BMW Championship?

Smoking is permitted at the Championship. We ask that spectators stay 20 feet away from any permanent or temporary structures while smoking.

Yes, it is located at the Main Entrance at the Will Call & Admissions trailer.

Military Policy

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the armed forces, the BMW Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Active Reserve, and Veterans of any branch of service a complimentary ticket on each day of the BMW Championship, Tuesday through Sunday. To receive complimentary access please present your state issued ID (with veteran designation) at the Admissions and Will Call Office just outside of the main entrance upon arrival at the tournament. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Identification Cards, or a copy of your DD Form 214 will also be accepted when accompanied with a standard state issued ID. Active duty service members can present their active duty ID card, which states their branch of service, at the Admissions and Will Call Office outside of the main entrance. These complimentary tickets will be distributed directly to the service members on each date that they are in attendance. Please note that any dependents 17 and older will need to purchase a ticket to gain entry into the tournament.

Pricing Policy

Ticket options and pricing are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. The BMW Championship is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

Shipping Policy

All Practice Round & Tournament Round Grounds tickets will arrive via email in July. Weekly Badges, Upgraded Tickets, All-Inclusive Tickets, and Group Packages will be sent out via FedEx in July. All badge and upgraded ticket orders completed after September 1st will be placed in Will Call.

International Orders
Please fill out this form for all international orders. Single day grounds tickets will be delivered electronically. All other tickets/badges will be placed in Will Call, outside of the tournament main entrance, under the name on the order form.
